First Heard Baby's Heartbeat

Today is a Feel-Good Day!
I didn't wake up with the usual nauseous feeling and quesiness, nor of the sleepiness. I don't feel pregnant! :)
I hope to know what are the factors that cause this feel-good feeling so I could replicate it. :)

Pre-Natal Preparations are Costly
I just finished with my consultation with my OB, having some tests, buy folic acid and multi vitamins, and everyday food such as fruits, oats, veggies, etc.
The preparation is expensive!
No wonder, that for a poverty-ridden country like the Philippines, there are many mortality of children, as well as unhealthy babies.
It saddens me to think about this plight. What to do, what to do?

There's another good website that I found, this time on pregnancy fitness. It's great!

I am receiving daily e-mails from www.WhatToExpect.com. The daily e-mails are great because:
1. They send the e-mail per se (hehehe). This means that I don't have to go to their website and access the information. I just have to open my e-mail and voila! I have their content.
2. The content that they send you conincides with your development. When you sign up, they will ask you when your last period is, hence, they can tell how many weeks pregnant you are. They will send you e-mails which suits your development.
3. The e-mail has many links that give you a lot of options what to do next.
I think the website should start paying me now for advertising them! :)
But I am getting a lot of marketing insights from what they do and on how I react (as a consumer) to what they do. This is good.

First Visit to OB Doc
Today is my first visit to the doctor and it was great! She was quite happy that I have been living a healthy lifestyle and taking folic acid.
I also learned that a woman's ovary starts to fail her at 35...
